5. Canned Food
The carcinogenic effect of food cans lies in the can itself. Bisphenol-A (BPA) is a toxic substance that excludes the doses of many types of food.
Tomatoes from the can are particularly dangerous because the acidity of this fruit releases more BPA from the can than other foods. Tomatoes are best fresh, frozen or instead in jars.

8. Refined Grains
Processed grains include “white” foods such as white bread, white rice, cereals and all other foods containing white flour. Refined cereals have a nutrient deficiency and increase your body’s blood sugar levels to unhealthy levels if you eat it regularly.
Cancer cells thrive with regular intake of sugar, so it is better to eat whole grains such as oatmeal, brown rice, wholemeal bread and quinoa.
